Music Therapy is a method that uses sound and music to balance the subtle system. In Sahaja Yoga, this includes the use of the sound OMKAR and its components, bija mantras, the musical notes and ragas associated with specific chakras.
This course explores the essence of these elements as described by Shri Mataji, along with their practical application for balancing one's own subtle system and working with others in collecLve sessions.

Through this course, participants will:
