Improvised Ensemble - Course description:
Spontaneous improvisation is a mother of all creativity in music and the natural foundation for composition, performance and collective music-making in the ensemble.
At this course you will learn how to open up your natural musical drive and to express your voice in a musical environment.
Here we work with skills, abilities and experiences that you bring with you and you will be taught the best practices to translate your talent into actual performance, where the process of listening to your surrounding and expressing your musical ideas blend together. This class is about coming back to the roots of making music and discovering your creative potential in the most effortless and enjoyable way.
Age and Levels: no strict age limits or musical skill prerequisites. This course however does require a basis of being able to play an instrument, or sing at the level where you can perform on stage as well as attentiveness and ability to concentrate on listening to your musical partners.
Payment of the membership and Academy participation fee gives access to all courses.
