Marília De Zita is a Brazilian singer, percussionist, storyteller, and educational artist dedicated to sharing Brazil's vibrant musical traditions. Through her work with children and teenagers aged 0 to 15, she uses music as a powerful tool for creativity, education, and citizenship development.
Her studios invite young people to explore rhythm, movement, and collective expression while discovering the cultural richness of Brazilian music. Marília works with traditional styles from different regions of Brazil, including Maracatu, Samba, Samba Reggae, Coco, and Ciranda, creating joyful and engaging musical experiences.
Alongside her educational work, Marília has performed extensively with various bands and artistic projects, bringing warmth, rhythm, and storytelling to the stage. One of her most notable collaborations was with the renowned Brazilian group Quatro Cântaros.
