Marilia de Zita is a Brazilian dancer, educator, and choreographer specializing in Afro-Brazilian and contemporary music and dance traditions.
Her work explores the connection between singing, rhythm, movement and inner awareness, drawing from both traditional cultural roots and contemporary practices. Through teaching and performance, she creates spaces for expressive, embodied learning and artistic exploration.
